Return / Refund Policy

Every product we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. These products are all custom orders and the customer decides on how it should be made, therefore these orders are non-refundable. Please review your orders carefully to be certain it is correct before placing it. Jewelry repairs are a service and are also non-refundable. However, all rings and repairs come with a warranty, (please see our warranty page). If you experience a problem, you may contact us and we will issue you a RETURN CODE when warranted. We will evaluate the problem and consult with you on what actions(s) can be taken. We will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you if we are notified within 15 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

There are no refunds on Jewelry Repair.
Paypal Refunds

Paypal transactions will be refunded directly to your method of payment.
Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on an order-total basis.
Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
